BOLD FOOD LEADS A FOODIE ADVENTURE THROUGH THE CUISINE AND CULTURE OF SINGAPORE AND MALAYSIA

Week-long tour includes two geographically diverse and culturally rich countries with dynamic food scenes

Los Altos, Calif. – March 29, 2017 – Bold Food, offering curated tours of the world’s top culinary destinations, Singapore skylineis pleased to offer an eight-day tour of Singapore and Malaysia. Led by expert traveler and modernist cuisine instructor Muffie Fulton, this food-centric travel experience includes luxury overnight accommodations, dinner at Southeast Asia’s most celebrated restaurants, and exclusive tours of farms, fish markets, hawker centers and cultural attractions. The trip is offered October 8-15, 2017, and is available for booking up to 12 guests.

“I like to take people off the beaten path to destinations that tourists may not be comfortable visiting on their own or may not have access to,” said Fulton, company founder and intrepid trip guide. “Singapore and Penang are two fascinating cities in different stages of development with unique histories and some really amazing cuisine. On my tours, food is a lens for understanding and appreciating these local cultures.”
