Bold Food Tour Explores Peru’s Cuisine From the Inside Out

BOLD FOOD TOUR EXPLORES PERU’S CUISINE FROM THE INSIDE OUT

Five-day tour to Lima, Peru, gets up close and personal with Peruvian cuisine
and provides a jumping off point for further travel

Los Altos, Calif. –  February 28, 2017 – Bold Food, offering curated tours of the world’s top culinary destinations, is pleased to offer an unparalleled gastronomic tour to Lima, Peru. Led by expert traveler and culinary educator Muffie Fulton, this five-day experience includes exclusive dinners at four of Latin America’s Top 50 restaurants and a ceviche-making lesson at one of Chef Gastón Acurio’s restaurants, as well as exhaustive tours of Lima’s neighborhoods, art galleries, food markets and historic sites. The trip is offered July 19-23, 2017, and is available for booking up to 12 guests.

“Peruvian food is gaining popularity here in the U.S.,” said Fulton, company founder and intrepid traveler. “But if your experience with Peruvian cuisine is limited to an American restaurant or a trip to Machu Picchu, you’re missing out on much of the cuisine’s diversity and excitement. My goal is to immerse Bold Food guests in Peruvian cuisine and culture, and to introduce them to local ingredients and flavor combinations they’ve never had before.”
